The Newpawer project aims to achieve the validation of PAW technology as a stable quality environment over time that allows for the preservation of plants and mushrooms, and serves as a valid future alternative to the use of brines, while increasing the quality and safety of stored products.

This project has received funding under the Convocatoria Retos-Colaboración 2018 of the Ministry for Science and Innovation.
