Una respuesta que afecta a todos los eslabones de la cadena, desde el campo hasta la mesa, y donde los centros tecnol\u00f3gicos desempe\u00f1an una funci\u00f3n esencial para poner su innovaci\u00f3n e investigaci\u00f3n al servicio del sector.<\/p>\n<p>En este cap\u00edtulo de <em>Galaxia Food<\/em> hemos hecho un recorrido por algunas de las instituciones m\u00e1s representativas en este campo. As\u00ed hemos conocido un poco m\u00e1s el CNTA, el Centro Nacional de Tecnolog\u00eda y Seguridad Alimentaria, con sedes en Navarra, La Rioja y Madrid; Tecnalia, centro multitecnol\u00f3gico y multisectorial que se adentra tambi\u00e9n en el terreno del sector agroalimentario y, por \u00faltimo Aiitip, especializado en innovaci\u00f3n y tecnolog\u00eda en la transformaci\u00f3n del pl\u00e1stico.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, hemos viajado a San Sebasti\u00e1n para entrar en GOe, un proyecto gastron\u00f3mico ligado al Basque Culinary Center.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2421\" data-end=\"2506\">\ud83d\udd14 Suscr\u00edbete para no perderte pr\u00f3ximos episodios sobre innovaci\u00f3n agroalimentaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La b\u00fasqueda de soluciones es una constante en la industria alimentaria.
